Buffalo FX's original take on the Colorsound 18V Power Boost. The original Colorsound model was a pedal used by the likes of David Gilmour, Marc Bolan and many other veterans and legends of the Classic Rock genre. It's a booster that can be used to enhance a clean signal or turn a clean signal into a lava spewing beast. The Buffalo FX version does away with the need for an 18v power supply by using an internal voltage doubler. That means you can run the Power Booster off one 9v battery (battery drawer) or standard 9v negative center power supply.
